Broker is responsible for obtaining and paying for their own headshot photo. You may use your own PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER.

HEADSHOT PHOTO GUIDELINES:
• Straight-on from the front -or- slight side angle.
• All white or solid color background (nothing you blend into)
• Include full width of shoulders and arms. (don't cut off on each side)

RECOMMENDED MEN'S ATTIRE:
• Black / Dark Grey Suit or Professional Attire.
• White or light colored shirt.
• Combed / styled hair.

RECOMMENDED WOMEN'S ATTIRE:
• Professional suit jacket, dress, or sweater / blouse.
• Darker colors, minimal print / design. (nothing overly distracting)
• Combed / styled hair.

*NOTE* Lack of a professional photo will constitute in a blank "avatar" in its place on the branch website and your agent webpage.
